Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopter Tours...

The tour was a little pricy, but it was worth every dime spent. I thought the Grand Canyon was beautiful from the ground until I saw it from the air!  I was totally speechless of the view. 

It was beyond BEAUTIFUL and I will NEVER forget my experience!  I took some of the greatest pictures and video on our flight.

Then we visited the magnificent Grand Canyon National Park, in Arizona, is home to much of the immense Grand Canyon, with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. Viewpoints include Mather Point, Yavapai Observation Station and architect Mary Colter’s Lookout Studio and her Desert View Watchtower. 

Lipan Point, with wide views of the canyon and Colorado River, is a popular, especially at sunrise and sunset.

Vast, magnificent and JUST beautiful, the Grand Canyon is easily Arizona's most distinguishable landmark – and a natural wonder that you simply have to see to believe. Stretching 277 miles from end to end, steep, rocky walls descend more than a mile to the canyon's floor, where the wild Colorado River traces a swift waterway.

Unique combinations of geologic color and erosional forms decorate a canyon that is 277 river miles (446km) long, up to 18 miles (29km) wide, and a mile (1.6km) deep. Grand Canyon overwhelms our senses through its immense size.

The place is just incredible. You have to experience it at least once in your life; there is nothing else like it in the world.  The second row of pictures were taken form the high overlook at the park and they don't get any better than that!
