We began our tour with first stop at the Papeete Market is an extensive market place in Papeete, the capital of Tahiti. This large and bustling market hall offers local farm products, handicrafts, souvenirs and a variety of fish and food products.

James Norman Hall, from 1920 to 1951, this was the home of one of Tahiti's famous resident authors, James Norman Hall, the co-author of Mutiny on the Bounty, Pitcairn's Island and other tales of adventure in the South Pacific. Was a very informative and interesting stop! During our excursion we stopped at Point Venus. There were historical landmarks in this park and a black sand beach as well. Also a very cool lighthouse and monuments to Captain Cook and Blye. We enjoyed our visit and would defiantly recommend this attraction.
